Get Ready, It’s Almost Time For The Snap It! Summer Photo Contest
DESCRIPTION: The Snap It! Summer Photo Contest is a photography contest that encourages residents of Union County, NC, 18 years of age & older, to share their original photographs.
THEME: Amazing Skies (the principal focus must be the sky) whether your skies are clear or cloudy, blue or rainbow colored, filled with sunrise or sunset, we want to see them! We are looking for skies that wow us. Be bold, be creative!
FORMER WINNERS: Former winners are ineligible to enter.
ENTRY DEADLINES: The contest entry period begins at 10:00 am July 1, 2020 and ends at 10:00 am July 15, 2020. During the contest entry period, entrants may submit up to five (5) photos. Submitted photos will be reviewed prior to being accepted into the contest.
VOTING: The contest voting period begins at 10:00 am on July 16, 2020 and ends at 10:00 am July 31, 2020.
By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.

My participation in the contest allows the Union County Community Arts Council to reprint and/or reuse the photo(s), which I have submitted herewith, in various media formats for an unlimited amount of uses over an unlimited time period. Use of the photograph(s) is granted at no charge to the Union County Community Arts Council. The Union County Community Arts Council has sole discretion to crop, edit or otherwise enhance the images.
I certify that the images submitted are my original work and if copyrighted that I am the sole copyright owner. Copyright of the images remain the property of the photographer. I also attest to have consent of anyone clearly depicted in images submitted, and agree to provide proof of consent upon request.
By participating in the contest, I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Union County Community Arts Council from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs that may arise from or related to any infringement on any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
